This container has the following bioinformatics tools installed:

• tidyverse for R

• jupyter and jupyterlab

• pandas

• numpy

• matplotlib

• snakemake

⁠Running the container

Run the container in interactive mode by running:

docker run -it bushlab/biocontainer:v1.2

⁠Activating the environment

These packages have been installed into a mamba environment called bioc_env.

If bioc_env hasn't been activated, run

mamba activate bioc_env

to access the installed packages.
