⁠SOLAR-Eclipse Imaging Genetic tool

This container has an installation of SOLAR-Eclipse v 9.0.0.

⁠Initialization

To run the container in interactive mode, run:

docker run -it bushlab/solar_eclipse:v1.0

SOLAR-Eclipse can be run with the command solar.

⁠Example files

The working directory you will be initialized in is /root/solar900.

The example files have already been cloned to the working directory in which the container initializes, in a folder called example.

Navigate into the folder to access the example files and the README file that provides instructions on working with the example files.
