⁠User propagation

If passed LOCAL_USER_ID as an env var (e.g. docker -e "LOCAL_USER_ID=$(id -u)" bmx-ruby-base ...) it will be set as the current user's id. This is quite useful when working on unix systems - e.g. that bind mounted volumes don't get owned by root but by the user running the container. Or to prevent root privilege escalation by jail breaking the container.

⁠X & wkhtmltopdf

wkhtmltopdf is wrapped to run within xvfb to avoid the need to have X installed. to get the unwrapped version use /usr/bin/wkhtmltopdf.
