A Fedora image based on the cjr stack https://github.com/container-job-runner/fedora-sc-builder⁠ using the profile "reference".

It contains basic support for:

• Languages: c, c++, Fortran, Python 3, Julia, Octave, latex.
• Libraries: Matplotlib, BLAS, LAPACK, open MPI, x11, ray, mpi4py, mpi.jl.
• IDEs: Jupyter notebook, Jupyter lab, Theia, VS Code.
• Additional: tigervnc.
