This image provides all the necessary dependencies for data scientist writing deployable and production-ready machine learning skills for Cortex. It should be used as the "parent" image (sometimes also called "base" image) of images created by data scientist integrating ML algorithms into Cortex.

It includes:

1. Flask, Nginx and Gunicorn for web service deployment (for inquiry / inference serving)
2. Common Python data science libraries:

• numpy
• scipy
• scikit-learn

1. The Cortex Python Library/SDK

The Cortex Python Library allows you to make calls from Python to Cortex services to manage ML Models and access Cortex APIs.
