Base Docker images for the Scope benchmarking project at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign / IBM Center for Cognitive Computing and Systems Research (C3SR).

These images do not contain any benchmarks, and are meant to be used as a foundation for creating other Scope-based Docker images.
