Codex/OpenAI-driven dispatch agent for Astrolift⁠ — the BYOC runtime layer for the Calliope AI ecosystem.

The shared agent base plus the OpenAI SDK. The control plane dispatches this container to run an OpenAI-backed agent against a content-addressed payload, in any of three dispatch modes.

Dispatched by the Astrolift control plane; needs OPENAI_API_KEY plus the dispatch environment. See the repo README⁠ for the full environment contract.
