camaralab/rayleigh-selection repository overview

NOTE: r3.6.2 tag is the most recent version of RayleighSelection, all others are later versions. We are working to update all of the docker images.

RStudio based off of rocker/rstudio images with RayleighSelection (https://github.com/CamaraLab/RayleighSelection⁠) installed. Includes other libraries necessary to run the RayleighSelection tutorials.

The latest and r3.6 tags are based off of the rocker/rstudio:3.6 image, the r3.4 tag is based off of the rocker/rstudio:3.4 image.

Run using this command:

docker run -d --rm -p 8787:8787 -v "<dir_path>:/home/rstudio/<dir_name>" -e USER=rstudio -e PASSWORD=<password> camaralab/rayleigh-selection
