caraka/httpd-py-cgi repository overview

Implements python3 cgi in the official Apache httpd:2.4 image. Updates httpd.conf to add and enable the python cgi handler; installs python3, sqlite3, libsqlite3-mod-spatialite, python3-geojson, python3-chameleon and nano.

Perfect for hosting a query based slippy map using a spatialite db and leaflet or similar.
