⁠Setup

The first two steps in the setup may take approx. 30 minutes (but it consists only of installations, so it does not require much attention). The rest should take less than 15 minutes.

1. Install docker in your computer.

Open a terminal and execute the following commands.

1. docker pull carloscotrini/mlworkshop

2. docker run -it -p 8888:8888 carloscotrini/mlworkshop /bin/bash

3. start-notebook.sh

4. The terminal will output an URL. Copy it onto a web browser. The URL takes you to the main directory containing all python scripts. You should see in the browser a file called test.ipynb.

5. To test that everything was set up properly, open test.ipynb and follow the instructions there.
