casco/pharo repository overview

Images based on those offered by [basmalltalk] (https://hub.docker.com/r/basmalltalk/pharo⁠) but slightly changed so they work on OpenShift. It basically allows any user to write in the various places that Pharo attempts to write (Pharo.changes, and /.config)
