This is a docker container for the CAGEr related steps of the CAGEflow pipeline. The official description and usage guide of CAGEr is found here⁠. Additional packages are included for related data processing and data visualization: optparse, rlang, tidyr, tidyverse, stringr, dplyr, purrr, magrittr, viridis, ggplot2, gplots, CAGEr, BSgenome, ChIPseeker, rtracklayer and txdbmaker. The dockerfile is found here⁠.
