This is a docker container for the SeqArchr⁠ and Genefu⁠ tools. NOTE: genefu is properly installed in 0.3.0 and not in 0.4.0 and 0.5.0. Would be nice to have it fixed.

Additional dependencies are added as defined in the requirements file here⁠.
