This is a docker container for the inMOTIFin tool. The description and usage guide is found here⁠.

The inMOTIFin package is described in the manuscript: inMOTIFin: a lightweight end-to-end simulation software for regulatory sequences⁠. The source code is available at the Bitbucket repository⁠.

⁠How to run the code?

Please refer to the inMOTIFin documentation⁠. The inmotifin command is available at the workdir folder which is the entry folder for the container.
