This image contains the R environment with several packages installed, including a package for cell type deconvolution in bulk RNA-seq data InstaPrism⁠. You can find the Dockerfile and the R requirements file here⁠.

This image was built for use in the TFmeCAN pipeline, but can also be used separately to run InstaPrism.
