This container includes the general software to run JASPAR downstream analysis. The workflow and scripts are available in this repository⁠. Those parts of the Snakemake workflow that require external software have their own containers integrated in each rule. This container is used for all rest of the rules.

⁠How to run the code?

The tag is a container that is used in a Snakemake pipeline to generate wordclouds for JASPAR database. See this repository⁠ for more information.
