cbgr/jaspar_downstream_tfbs_container repository overview

This container contains the code and executables from this repository: https://github.com/wassermanlab/JASPAR-UCSC-tracks⁠.

However, important to know that tag 1.1.0 was built from https://github.com/ievarau/JASPAR-UCSC-tracks/tree/master⁠. Because the track .bb file computation needed to be changed to match the manual way from previous releases. For JASPAR 2026, the tracks were generated using this container tag. Everything else with 1.0.1.
