Kubernetes hyperkube image version 1.7.5 with support for azure files on sovereign clouds.

Sadly, the original version of Kubernetes doesn't have working support for Azure files on Clouds other than the global one. There exists a patch in the kubernetes repository: https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/48460⁠ and that is available from Kubernetes 1.8.0 onwoards. However, due to during the time of writing no possibility existing of using the original hyberkube images, this docker image has been created which has exactly the same functionality as Kubernetes 1.7.5 with the patch being integrated into this release.
