mkdir chirpstack-packet-multiplexer && cd chirpstack-packet-multiplexer
Use your favourite text editor to add following config.toml and docker-compose.yml files adjusted to suit your installation to chirpstack-packet-multiplexer directory.
vim config.toml
vim docker-compose.yml
