ccplabwustl/fc_maker repository overview

FC_Maker

This container is developed by the Cognitive Control & Psychopathology Laboratory at Washington University St. Louis to use the .net images produced by XCP-engine to create a correlation matrix, and reorganize the matrix into networks.

Installation:

First you will want to Download the container using either singularity or docker

Download the container using docker:
docker pull ccplabwustl/fc_maker:latest
Download the container using singularity:
singularity build fc_maker.simg docker://ccplabwustl/fc_maker:latest

This will create a singularity image name fc_maker.simg in the location you are currently in.

Usage

Example:
singularity run \
-B /data/nil-bluearc/ccp-hcp/CCPLinux2testing/fmriprep-1.3.2/sub-155938/derivatives/xcp_output/sub-155938/ses-wave1bas/task-Rest:/mnt/mydata \
/data/nil-bluearc/ccp-hcp/SingularityImages/fc_maker-05-22-19.simg \
--inputFile /mnt/mydata/sub-155938_ses-wave1bas_task-Rest_power264.net \
--outputDir /mnt/mydata \
--fisherz \
--scaleBounds 0.4 \
--outputUnordered \
--outputNewOrder

Explain:

--inputFile (Required) The .net file you would like to use from the output of xcp-engine
--outputDir (Required) Where you would like to put the output
--fisherz (Optional) use if you would like to perform a fisherz transform on your data
--autoscale (Optional) use if you would like the program to choose the best scaleing method
--scaleBounds (Optional) Manually set the scale bounds the entered value should represent the max the negative will be used as the min
--outputUnordered (Optional) output the unordered csv. Row 1 will represent parcel 1 etc
--outputNewOrder (Optional) output the new ordering that is used for the ordered csv. use this as a key
