The Microsoft image does not provide any output and does not allow entry point override. This image enables IIS logging, and tails the log to keep the container alive. Only CMD is set, so subsequent users can override this, whereas Microsoft image uses ENTRYPOINT which cannot be overridden.

Image includes IIS Hosted dotnet core integration.
