There are 2 volumes which can be used to load a configuration:
docker-fonts-initdb.d: can be used to add custom fonts to the image.docker-resources-initdb.d: can be used to add resources, such as a table of contents XSL.pdf:

- ./init/wkhtmltopdf-service/fonts:/docker-fonts-initdb.d
- ./init/wkhtmltopdf-service/xsl:/docker-resources-initdb.d
