Replacement docker image for the eol'd centos:6

If, like me, you have plenty of images (mostly build & toolbox images), still relying on centos:6, and you cannot update the Dockerfile (e.g. past tagged releases), rebuilding these images has become difficult lately.
The trick is to create a new, local only, centos:6 image from the official centos:6.10 image, to let the docker engine think it's the original one from the docker hub.
The image modifies the yum repositories to use https://vault.centos.org/6.10/ (its mirrors) as a source for everything, so you may use yum as usual. This must be built and left in your local docker images catalog.
docker pull centile/centos:6
docker tag centile/centos:6 centos:6
If your Dockerfile's FROM line refers to centos:6 (vs the fully qualified docker.io/library/centos:6), docker will not attempt to re-resolve the image.
