⁠Kubernetes Cluster installation

This image is for use in Panamax⁠ to install kubernetes on an existing cluster using the Dray⁠ tool. It takes environment variables related to one's cluster and installs the latest release of kubernetes. This image CANNOT be run outside Panamax/Dray.
