⁠CEPTOR LICENCE AGREEMENT AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

This is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter LICENSEE) and Ceptor ApS (hereinafter CEPTORAPS) Please read THIS AGREEMENT carefully before continuing to use the Ceptor software (hereinafter CEPTOR). By continuing the installation and use of CEPTOR, LICENSEE agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of THIS AGREEMENT. If LICENSEE do not agree with these terms and conditions promptly cease all further installation or use of CEPTOR and, if already installed, remove CEPTOR from all computers with CEPTOR installed.

This is a trial version of CEPTOR and cannot be used in commercial projects.

⁠CEPTOR

The term CEPTOR as used in THIS AGREEMENT shall mean Ceptor delivered by CEPTORAPS. Read more about CEPTOR at www.ceptor.io⁠.

⁠GRANT OF LICENSE

CEPTORAPS hereby grants to LICENSEE, and by taking CEPTOR in use, LICENSEE hereby accepts a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CEPTOR for a period not exceeding 30 days. Use of CEPTOR shall be defined for the purposes of THIS AGREEMENT as the loading of CEPTOR into the RAM or the permanent memory of a computer.

If the LICENSEE purchases CEPTOR the Ceptor License Terms must be accepted, and the Ceptor License Terms prevail over the terms in THIS AGREEMENT.

⁠TITLE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

CEPTORAPS shall retain all right, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to CEPTOR, all copies thereof and all related Documentation and materials including all versions and embodiments thereof and all additions and modifications thereto.

⁠COPYRIGHT

THE LICENSEE acknowledges that CEPTOR is protected by copyright. Pursuant to relevant national and international copyright laws, THE LICENSEE may not copy, photocopy, reproduce, translate, modify, adapt or create derivative works based on CEPTOR or related Documentation or any portion thereof except that THE LICENSEE may copy CEPTOR as described by THIS AGREEMENT.

⁠DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

Documentation and code is provided "as is" and all express or implied conditions, representations and warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, are disclaimed except to the extent that such disclaimers are held to be legally invalid.

⁠TERMINATION OF LICENSE

This license will terminate automatically if THE LICENSEE fails to comply with any provision of THIS AGREEMENT. In any case CEPTORAPS may terminate THIS AGREEMENT at any time at their discretion. In the event of termination of THIS AGREEMENT, THE LICENSEE agrees to immediately cease using CEPTOR, and within ten (10) days of the termination certify to CEPTORAPS that all copies of CEPTOR have been destroyed. This requirement will apply to all copies in any form, whether partial or complete, and whether or not modified or merged into other program materials.

⁠GOWERING LAW

This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the Laws of Denmark.
