ceregecl/netcdf_editor repository overview

This app allows you to edit automatically netcdf files. As well as see diffusive passages and internal oceans, crucial steps in the modelling process. The code can be found here: https://github.com/CEREGE-CL/netcdf_editor_app⁠.

The default entrypoint is:

ENTRYPOINT python -m panel serve --num-procs=1 --port=8080 --address=0.0.0.0 --allow-websocket-origin=* --websocket-max-message-size=100000000 app.ipynb

and the default port is 8080

To run:

docker  run -p 8080:8080 ceregecl/netcdf_editor
