⁠What is Cetmix Tower?

Cetmix Tower⁠ is an open source Odoo⁠ based server management tool maintained by Cetmix⁠ It allows to manage remote servers directly from Odoo using SSH connection or API calls.

Odoo versions/tags supported:

• Security updates only: 14.0
• Full support: 16.0, 17.0
• N/A, In progress: 18.0

Cetmix Tower supports queued command execution using OCA - Odoo Community Association⁠ queue_job⁠ module. To enable queued job execution you please install cetmix_tower_server_queue module:

• Go to the "Apps" menu
• Remove the 'Apps' filter from the search bar
• Type cetmix_tower_server_queue in the search bar
• Click "Install" on the module tile

⁠About this image

This image is meant mostly for testing and demo purposes or in case you would like to use Cetmix Tower as a standalone server management solution without any other Odoo modules. In other cases consider installing Cetmix Tower as a regular Odoo module in your Odoo project.

This image is similar to the Odoo official image⁠ with the only difference that it doesn't expose extra addons volume. All required modules are already inside the image and can be installed regular way from the "Apps" menu. This image also contains OCA - Odoo Community Association⁠ web_responsive⁠ module which provides responsive backend them for Odoo CE.

Below you will find a sample docker-compose.yml file a new Odoo instance with demo data and Cetmix Tower installed. You can access it navigating to http://localhost:8069 and using login admin and password admin
