This is a Docker image of the RELION⁠ image-processing software for cryo-electron microscopy.

Make sure you have an X11 window system installed such as XQuartz⁠ on macOS or Xming⁠ on Windows. You may also need to allow connections to the X server by running xhost + in the terminal.

docker run --gpus all -e DISPLAY=host.docker.internal:0 --rm --name relion -it cford38/relion:5.0

This will open an X11 window with the RELION GUI.
