⁠Pull Image to Local Machine

docker pull cford38/seekdeep:latest

⁠To Run Locally

docker run --name seekdeep -d cford38/seekdeep
docker exec -it seekdeep /bin/bash

⁠Copy File to Container

docker cp myfile.txt seekdeep:./myfile.txt
