Run with the following env vars:

• SLACK_URL: set with the incoming webhook generated by slack
• SLACK_CHANNEL: set to the channel where you want this integration to talk (defaults to #general)
• DEBUG: to get debug output (payload of incoming sendgrid call)

Then set the URI of this deployed service at the following page https://app.sendgrid.com/settings/mail_settings⁠ in the event notification section.
