⁠SASR

Semi-automatic systematic review (SASR): This is a tool that allows loading a .bib file that contains bibliographic references, the loaded data is processed obtaining basic statistics and showing the results in the graphs, creating a systematic review that is easy to understand and analyze.

⁠INSTALL

Pull docker with: docker pull cgiohidalgo/sasr:tagname

⁠RUN

docker run -d -p 80:80 --restart always cgiohidalgo/sasr

⁠INSTALL PORTRAINER

docker run -d -p 8000:8000 -p 9000:9000 --name portainer --restart always -v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock -v portainer_data:/data portainer/portainer
