Solana Docker image with rustc, curl, jq
Make sure to push the Git tag in the format of v2.1.13-yellowstone5.0.0, according to the regex ^v([0-9.]+)-yellowstone([0-9.]+)$.
Note: the resulting image tag will be 2.1.13-yellowstone5.0.0 (without the v).
