• dnsmasq: A free software DNS forwarder and DHCP server for small networks.

⁠Usage

$ sudo docker pull charleswan/chinadns
$ curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/charleswan/dockerfiles/master/chinadns/docker-compose.yml \
   -o docker-compose.yml
$ sudo docker-compose up -d

Set the DNS server to the docker container IP, normally it is 127.0.0.1 or 192.168.99.100 for old docker version.

⁠Test

# UDP
dig @127.0.0.1 www.google.com

# TCP
dig @127.0.0.1 www.youtube.com +tcp
