The docker image contains protobuf, you can compile the c++ project which includes protobuf into JS and WASM file.

protobuf version is 3.9.1. You can use /usr/local/protobuf-3.9.1/bin/protoc to compile proto file to xxx.h and xxx.cc and use there file in your C++ project.

When compile the project with em++, you should inclue the protobuf directory(/project/protobuf-wasm/src/ ) and link library(/project/protobuf-wasm/src/.libs/libprotobuf.a) which was generated by emmake.

tips: gcc version: 5.4.0 protobuf version: 3.9.1 you'd better run command "source /project/emsdk/emsdk_env.sh" befor emcc or em++
