To get started, pull the docker image and along with this, Pull the docker image of postgresql, link it with the container by the following commands and you are ready to go.

docker run --name dbdata -v /var/lib/postgresql/data MYdata/data docker run --name db --volumes-from dbdata -d postgres docker run --name HUBS --link db:db -ti fedora/hubs

Inside the Fedora container, test the connectivity of postgres by this command: psql -U postgres -h HUBS
