This creates a single container that can be used as a "sidecar" (i.e. and extra container) in a Pgpool-II deployment that will check a list of users in Vault and update the /opt/bitnami/pgpool/conf/pool_passwd file in Pgpool-II with the usernames and pg_enc hashed passwords. It is designed to "sleep" after it has run once (depending on the SYS_HIBERNATION setting) so that when used in Kubernetes, the cluster pod does not report a CrashLoopBackOff.
