⁠Overview

This image is a small service that that can update dns a records based on the requests remote address. This service only works with the hetzner cloud dns api.

The image is using dunglas/frankenphp:1-php8.3-alpine as base image

⁠Environment Variables

• HETZNER_TOKEN_FILE

Secret file containing the api token for the hetzner cloud api

• REQUEST_TOKEN_FILE

Secret file containing the api token to identify valid requests

• ZONE_NAME

Zone name to update subdomain records for

• DEBUG_LOG

By default the image logs apache webserver logs and script error logs. By enabling debug log additional logs with notice about create / update of records will be written

• RESTRICTED_SUBDOMAINS

list of subdomains not allowed to be overwritten by this script

⁠Health Check

The image contains a simple healthcheck route at /health
