chimbuko/mochi repository overview

This library is used for the provenance database component of the Chimbuko stack. Installation is via spack, and the library must be loaded: source /spack/spack/share/spack/setup-env.sh && spack load py-mochi-sonata

We offer two images both built on Ubuntu 18.04: latest is built for CPU-only applications and latest-gpu also contains NVidia CUDA 10.1 support for GPU applications.
