chimbuko/run_brusselator repository overview

  • Run Brusselator simulation code with Chimbuko
  • Usages:
>> docker run -p 5000:5000 -it chimbuko/run_brusselator [options]
  • Options (in-order)
    • ADIOS2 mode: SST (SST or BPFile)
    • HAS BPFile: false (currently, didn't support to use pre-computed BP files)
    • sigma: 3 (anomaly detection factor, the lesser the more detections)
    • time window size: 10 (time window size to populate more informative timeline view in visualization)
    • time interval: 1000 (msec, only for BPFile mode)
    • batch directory: /test (can be used to output outside docker with -v option)
    • NMPIS: 16, number of processes
    • NX: 128, number of modes in x - power of 2 for FFT
    • NY: 128, number of modes in y - power of 2 for FFT
    • NZ: 128, number of modes in z - power of 2 for FFT
    • NT: number of timesteps to take
    • PLOTGAPS: number of timesteps between plots
  • Usages with options
>> docker run -p 5000:5000 -it chimbuko/run_brusselator SST false 3 10 1000 /test 16 128 128 128 1000 1000
