chimbuko/run_mocu repository overview

This image contains the MOCU PyCuda application and the Chimbuko environment. The run script will run the MOCU with Chimbuko.

This image requires a machine with at least 2 NVidia GPUs with runtime support for Cuda 10.1. For a single-GPU machine the user can open the image in interactive mode and change the 'ntasks' variable to 1 in the run_mocu_chimbuko.sh script prior to executing it.
