⁠Predictor for: precision-guided Sterile Insect Technique (pgSIT) on Aedes aegypti mosquitos

Download and install docker⁠, then pull our image from our dockerhub⁠ with:

docker pull chipdelmal/monet-pgs:latest

To run the image, run the following command in the terminal on MacOS or Linux:

# Linux
docker run -p 8000:8000 -v "$(pwd)"/app:/app --rm chipdelmal/monet-pgs:latest
# MacOS
docker run -p 8000:8000 -v ${PWD}/app:/app --rm chipdelmal/monet-pgs:latest

And navigate to http://localhost:8000⁠ in your browser.
