This image runs a HTTP server that prints out debug information for testing load balancers.

Specify PORT as an environment variable, e.g. 80.

Optional variables:

• PROXY_OPTIONAL: Optionally enable the PROXY protocol.
• PROXY_REQUIRED: Require the PROXY protocol.

All pages show the same information:

• The request sent to it from your load balancer.
• Environment variables it has.
• Its hostname.

The special /ping page can be used for a health check, and it returns no output, so it can be used for a basic end-to-end time benchmark with curl.
