In the example below, ${BLASTDB_DIR} is an absolute path to a directory containing BLAST databases and ${EXTERNAL_PORT} is the port on the local machine on which to expose the web application.

docker run -dit --rm -v ${BLASTDB_DIR}:/blast/blastdb:ro -p ${EXTERNAL_PORT}:80 christiam/webblast
