chsoundreply/firebase-ci repository overview

Based on node:8

Adds:

• openjdk-8-jre (Needed to run the Firestore emulator)
• netcat (Our ci pipeline adapts this gist: https://gist.github.com/danahartweg/72600e0d30ae54290bf4deb197400ee9 which uses netcat to check if the emulator is running)
