This image is the base container image for the OpenRMF application at https://www.openrmf.io/⁠.

It has the .NET Core 3.1 aspnet image as a base and then it adds in the public DoD cyber.mil certificate authority root certificates so any SSL connection from the OpenRMF APIs to Keycloak for validating JWT. If the Keycloak site is using HTTPS and has a DoD cert, without the CA CRT files loaded you get an "invalid SSL certificate" error. This fixes that.
