An Clear Linux image based on the cjr stack https://github.com/container-job-runner/clearlinux-sc-builder⁠ using the profile "reference".

It contains basic support for:

• Languages: c, c++, Fortran, Python 3, Julia, latex, Octave.
• Libraries: Matplotlib, BLAS, LAPACK, open MPI, x11.
• IDEs: Jupyter notebook, Jupyter lab, Theia
• Software: vnc

The image allows for dynamic user modification. In particular, the default entrypoint responds to the environment variables DYNAMIC_USER, DYNAMIC_UID, and DYNAMIC_GID to automatically change the user id and group id of the user DYNAMIC_USER to DYNAMIC_UID and DYNAMIC_GID.
