This Docker image is based on Ubuntu 18.04, adding a few basic tools and libzmq.
To trigger an autobuild on Docker Hub, creates a new Git tag with the format stunning-vX.Y.Z, e.g. git tag -a stunning-v0.0.1 -m "First version" and push it to remote with git push origin stunning-vX.Y.Z.
