1. sudo docker run --rm -it --detach --network=host --name running-redundancy clever24/redundancy-control:1.4

Creates the shared URL at opc.tcp://host:48011 and the health check server at opc.tcp://host:48010

Bugs: sometimes false positive on health checking.

iptables UDP rules on redundant servers need to be reset after container shutdown.
