The CloudStax FireCamp platform makes it easy to setup, manage and scale the Dockerized stateful services, including MongoDB. The platform is open source on CloudStax FireCamp Github⁠.

This MongoDB container image uses the mongo shell of MongoDB 3.4.4. The FireCamp Catalog service will create a task to run this container to initialize a MongoDB ReplicaSet.
