⁠Scraper (IPv6-enabled)

This image is a fork of goodreasonai/ScrapeServ⁠ with IPv6 support added. The API surface and behavior remain the same as upstream; the only change is the network binding.

⁠What changed

• Base image: usaiinc/scraper
• Supervisor binding updated from 0.0.0.0:5006 to [::]:5006 so the service listens on both IPv4 and IPv6.
• Removed URL safety check from /app/app.py to allow scraping of any URL.
